Disappointing experience

I had a disappointing experience. I placed an order for a vintage fragrance, completed the form, and paid with my card. Then, I received an email stating: “Unfortunately, it could not be completed. We sincerely apologize and have removed it from your account.” No further explanation was provided. I contacted my bank, and there were no issues with the card. I tried to purchase this product twice and received the same message both times. The product is still listed on their website.

Disappointing experience with my order. I attempted to purchase a vintage cologne, completed the form, and made my payment using my card. Shortly after, I received an email stating: “Unfortunately, it could not be completed. We are truly sorry and have removed it from your account.” No further explanation was provided. I contacted my bank, and there are no issues with my card. I tried to buy this product twice and encountered the same response both times. It is still listed for sale on their website.
