Once I decided to make the decision to create an LLC I contacted Pete Van Horne whom was very knowledgeable, was able to help me immediately, answered all my questions satisfactorily, suggested CPA and Lawyer contacts as resources to me and just an all around good beginning experience. Overall a good experience

Overall a good experience, cost over twice as much as legal zoom for instance which will follow through with securing the ein for the company.What I would suggest is to provide full service for the customer by securing the Ein and also the Foreign company doing business in "Florida" for instance.
