I've been deceived as well. The site is still active and even promoting holiday deals. It's been a year since my purchase. The hotel booking issues have also been problematic for me. This is incredibly frustrating. Why hasn't this site been shut down?
I had my doubts as they offered items that were no longer available at prices below wholesale. When I called their customer support, I reached a hotel reservation service. Upon checking the address, I found it's actually occupied by an insurance company. This clearly seems like a scam aimed at stealing payment information. I wish authorities would take action against these fraudulent sites. Thankfully, there are platforms like Trustpilot to warn others.
Fraud, fraud, fraud. No receipt or shipping information after my purchase. The contact number leads to a hotel reservation service. The transaction hadn't processed yet this morning, but after seeing other reviews, I called my card provider and canceled my card.
Thank you, Trustpilot. I saw a great sale two days ago but couldn't find it yesterday. It seemed to have been removed. I found it again today, with prices 30-40% lower than other well-known companies, plus a 20% discount for new customers. I was about to order a lot when I came across a review warning that this operation is a scam! I remembered the saying that if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. So, thanks to Trustpilot, I avoided placing an order and didn’t have to deal with refunds or card cancellations. Authorities should take action against these fraudsters.
Like others, I foolishly fell for this site about a month ago. I should have researched before ordering instead of after. A few days later, I realized my mistake. A tip: while at the bank, I learned to verify a website's legitimacy by checking their physical address on Google Street View.
