Since I’ve started my service with Xiber, I’ve been lucky to get Carly each time I reach out with any questions or complications. I was nervous using a new internet provider that I’m unfamiliar with, but the customer service so far has been exponential. Thanks Carly!
After three days of bumpy cable tv, Raine was able to listen attentively and politely to my frustrations with the service. She submitted a ticket to the engineer for follow-up and we discussed rebooting the system. The reboot seems to be working. Time will tell.
Although someone else cut the internet line, Xiber worked fast to get me up and running again. They came out on a holiday and at least gave me a temp repair so I could get internet so I could work. Customer service kept me informed!
