Service is very unreliable unless you bring up the frequent and regular outages for tv and internet.Our apartment management was sold a bill of goods.Promises were never fulfilled. Response to phone calls doesn't happen, silence reigns supreme when complaints are made.Simply put, Xiber is not ready for prime time. Their trump card is a slick sales pitch, then they just dissapear when customers discover they arebthe ones left holding the bag.
