Not happy

Well, the isotonic energy gels I have recently purchase have started to congeal, meaning they are not of the same liquid / watery consistency as per previous purchases. I believe this may have something to do with the expiry date being October of this year. This is not satisfactory at all and I am not happy. Please advise as to how you plan on rectifying this
