Poor subscription process

Good prices, good service, the main reason I have cancelled my subscription is that they do not email in advance to give you any option to delay or cancel order, they only email to say the order has been processed and you have been billed.

A company that sells products of UCAN…

A company that sells products of UCAN for longdistance races should be closed. I almost collapsed at an Ironman using this shit. - Reading the answer below I would like to add that I do not wish to try further products out of the 100 on the site. Those I tried were not good although I had chosen "the relatively best" out of this nuitrition jungle. If you sell product without testing them before you might need 100 different brands. If you test you will probably make a selection before offering all mess on the market to your customers.

Small friendly personalised approach to shopping. You can order single units of things (gels etc) which was great for me. I ordered exactly what I needed, no need to over order. I’ll definitely be shopping at XMiles again.
