I purchased this as a gift for my sister but wasn't able to give it to her as it took four weeks to arrive (after being advertised as 3-5 working days) so she had already left on her trip by the time it got here. Having read many reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence for most customers.
After using the camera once, the menu page started to freeze regularly. It got to a point where the only way to return to the camera function was to power it off and on again - something that takes forever because the camera is such poor quality. After reaching out to customer service to request a return, I then provided video evidence which proves the issue. They responded by saying the product was not faulty and will not accept a return or refund. I am appalled by the whole experience and urge people not to buy this product.
This product is not worth the expense. It has a cheap feel, and there are numerous other digital cameras available that I wish I had chosen instead. The communication was terrible. I sent multiple emails and, despite the platform stating they would respond within 24 hours, I never got a reply. I do not recommend purchasing from this platform.

Additionally, the return policy is extremely rigid, making it nearly impossible to return an item once the package is opened. Delivery time ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, as it ships from overseas.
This feels like a scam. I bought this camera based on the website's promise of a 30-day return policy, but they refuse returns unless the product is damaged. This is misleading on many levels. The camera is poorly constructed and not worth the price, and they are dishonest about their return policy. Avoid this at all costs!
Please stay away! After a significant delivery delay, the digital camera finally arrived. It’s essentially a very cheap and poorly functioning device. I didn’t expect DSLR quality, but for the listed price, a decent image should be expected. They mask this with a so-called “retro aesthetic,” but the photos are undersaturated and heavily blurred. The high megapixel count means nothing if the lens and sensor are subpar. Despite claiming “30 Day Returns for peace of mind,” they WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS unless the item is defective. I only discovered this when I tried to return it. Their return terms are vague at best. It states that buyers incur return fees unless the product is defective, but if they only accept returns for defective items, when would a buyer pay return fees? I bet this company will vanish soon and rebrand to sell the same low-quality product. Please support local camera shops wherever possible! If not, consider buying from a major retailer for genuine peace of mind.
I really wanted to enjoy the digital film camera, but it just didn’t work out. The idea of a lightweight, no-screen camera with simple filters is appealing. However, after just a few minutes of taking pictures at home, I couldn’t transfer any of them. The site claims you can use a USB-C cable to transfer photos to your phone, but nothing happened with my devices. I had to resort to a card reader to access the pictures. After 20 minutes, I realized I should stick to my existing point-and-shoot or phone. While the other camera is heavier, it’s much easier to transfer images and offers filters. Hopefully, someone will improve this technology in the future. Now I’m left trying to return it, which will likely cost more than the camera itself.
