I bought a perpetual license yesterday and received a receipt confirming my payment, but I never received a download link. I reached out to the support team via email, but received no response. When I called customer support, they said they couldn't assist me and directed me to the chat, which I had already mentioned wasn't working. They ended the call abruptly. I emailed again, but my complaint went unacknowledged. I had to escalate the issue with my bank. This experience was extremely disappointing. I would rate them zero stars if possible. I cannot recommend this service. There are plenty of alternatives out there competing for my business. This company is a complete letdown—AVOID at all costs!

I've been using this service for over 7 years and I'm very pleased with it. I stream almost daily and have done a lot of recordings as well. Whenever I encounter an issue, the support team responds promptly and effectively. A big thank you for all the great work!
I was charged for an automated subscription renewal that I didn't know I was signed up for. I contacted support for a refund and received no reply. There was no prior email to alert me about the charges, only an invoice after they took my money without permission. I've checked all previous emails, and there's no indication that renewals are automatic. I emailed support on the same day I was charged, but got no response. Every other service I use provides a notification prior to charging. This is how it should be done. After following up, I was eventually refunded.
