Review Time
This is a negative review for Loewe Perfumes. I have been waiting over 3 months for Invoices relating to orders made by my company. I have spoken to customer service at Loewe several times who maintain Loewe Perfumes do not have a telephone number:). Loewe Perfumes fail to answer the multiple emails i have sent. This is possibly the worst customer service I have received from a so called luxury brand.
I am very unhappy with my recent experience with the brand. For a luxury label with such high price points, I anticipated a smooth and professional return process, but instead, I encountered pushback and unreasonable return demands. This disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I will not be making any further purchases from this brand and strongly recommend that others be wary of the complications involved in returning items.
I'm following up on my order for a large candle and a ceramic lid, which was supposed to be included with other options that I was charged for. This was my first (and possibly last) online order experience with the brand. I love the candle but am very disappointed with the issues surrounding incorrect orders and poor customer service. The large candle arrived along with the 'free' items, but instead of the lid, I received another large candle. Upon checking the packing list, it showed that the ceramic lid was included, but no large candle was present. I've reached out through the online portal twice and still haven't received a response. I've also seen similar complaints from others. For the amount of money spent, one would expect a positive experience and to receive the correct items without needing to follow up with a company that should not allow such errors. I would appreciate the ceramic lid being sent as originally ordered, and I'm willing to return the extra candle that was mistakenly included, with a tracked return as a precaution against lost items. There are other review sites that highlight similar issues that should raise concerns. I hope this can be resolved promptly, thank you.

She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of my order with professionalism and genuine care. The level of service was remarkable! From the initial communication to the arrival of the product, everything was completed within four days. The associate also provided excellent guidance on sizing. The reversible belt is stunning and of wonderful quality.
