Overall, my experience has been positive. I recently got my welder, but there was a hiccup with the delivery as it was reported lost by the shipping service. Exceptional Customer Service and Quick Resolution

Initially, we faced a problem with receiving only a portion of our order. However, the customer service team responded promptly, informing us that the remaining items would be delivered the next day, and they indeed arrived as promised. Working with the company has been a positive experience, and we even received a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. We will certainly place future orders with them.
