Here is my Full Review: First of all I received my watch so its not a Scam and the watch is acutally stainles steel so the Quality is also very good.
I ordered in November and they told me After ordering that they changed the Quality from Aluminium to stainless steel because the First prototype was too bad. It took a bit longer especially for the ones that ordered before me, but now I have my watch with even better Quality and no extra costs. Also my Brother purchase a watch and it arrived within 1 week. It seems like this issue is fixed now. This is very typically for small brands in the beginning. They don’t really have the Experience with lead times production times and more. Im also a Business owner so i totally understand that and wish them good luck. Also one thing that they could improve is the email reply time. All my emails got answered but sometimes it took 2-3 days. Other then that they just had a rough start but now this works pretty good and the Watches are actually insane. God bless you🙏
Customer service lacks essential communication skills, taking too long to respond and failing to provide updates. I ordered two watches for $200 on October 31, 2025, and today is January 22, 2026. Despite numerous emails and social media messages, I have not heard back. I'm requesting a refund or I will consider legal action due to what seems like fraudulent behavior. This organization is unreliable and untrustworthy. If you're thinking of making a purchase, be cautious—you may not receive anything in return. This is a serious warning for others!
I placed an order for two watches on December 15, 2025, and have yet to receive them. The tracking information indicates that my order is in transit, but despite reaching out via email, I have not received any updates or information about its location.
The service displays a complete lack of communication with customers. Delays are excessive, and feedback or updates are nonexistent. I have contacted their support team as well, but to no avail. I am demanding a refund or I will consider legal action due to what appears to be fraudulent practices. This organization is unreliable and untrustworthy. If you’ve made a purchase, be prepared for potential disappointment. This serves as a warning to others!
The expectation was to receive the watches before Christmas. I reached out several times and finally received a response. The watches are now on their way. At least it’s a legitimate company, but they definitely need to improve their communication.
