I ordered two large plant pots from this company, and they were delivered right on time. Unfortunately, one of the pots arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and sent over a photo as proof, and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded. Within just a couple of days, they sent out a replacement—no hassle at all.Their customer service was excellent, and they handled the issue professionally and efficiently. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately my shopping never arrived. The driver took a photo of somewhere we can’t find and no neighbour has found it. I’ve taken this up with Evri but no joy. I would suggest they are not the best carrier company as many of us in the village have had problems. Bridgette Wilson
I ordered some Mason Cash ceramic mixing bowls from this company and am honestly dumbfounded at what I have received! Considering the items are all fragile they have all been stacked inside each other rather than wrapped individually in bubble wrap, there is no fragile sticker on the box which looks like it’s literally been thrown against a wall! I have tried to book a return but the return portal won’t accept my invoice number, so now have to waste my time calling them in the morning - will never shop here again!
