I’ve used clear light Infrared Sauna’s at different locations with memberships, the last place I went to ended up closing, so I decided it was time to buy my own! I couldn’t be happier. Amy was my sales rep. She was absolutely wonderful. Made the process very easy when I received the sauna it was packed extremely well and super easy to put together. I’m very happy with my choice and have many friends now they want to do the same. I would highly recommend having a clear light Infrared Sauna for your health and well-being. It’s a game changer.

I encountered an issue with my original sauna, which was covered under the company’s lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, my first interaction with another team member involved unfulfilled promises, which was quite frustrating. After contacting the representative, everything changed. They took charge of the situation, addressed all my questions clearly and honestly, and ensured I received a replacement sauna. The communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a manageable one. Thanks to this representative’s support and integrity, the company honored their warranty as promised. I am very appreciative of the help I received and believe it reflects the level of service customers expect—especially when making a significant investment like a sauna. We adore our sauna and have been using it daily! The heat is just right, offering a wonderful, enveloping experience. We particularly enjoy the heat from both above and below, which provides deep, even warmth throughout the body. The choice to include this dual heating is superb.
💪 Quality & Design
The dome is well-made, demonstrating great quality overall. We also really like the mat—it's quite comfortable and enhances the overall experience. The space it occupies is also reasonable, making it easy to integrate into our home without overwhelming the room.
In summary, we highly recommend this sauna dome. It's a fantastic investment in wellness.
Brandon Delemos was excellent in responding to my issues. I have a residential outdoor sauna and the panels started to fall off! He was very responsive and had service techs replace the parts immediately. The service techs were also 5 star. Very friendly and helpful in answering my questions

Our experience with Clearlight Infrared Saunas has been nothing short of infuriating. The unit arrived with multiple defects that should have been caught by quality control, resulting in three separate service calls just to make it functional. During the second visit, the technician admitted to shorting out a control board, which required a third visit. Admittedly, none of the technicians Clearlight sent had ever worked on one of these units before; they were unfamiliar with the product and learning on the job at the homeowner’s expense (we were required by Clearlight Infrared Saunas to have one of our own supervisors present from their 'projected arrival time, till they finished).Because of Clearlight’s failures, the homeowners were forced to pay nearly $5,000 in additional labor costs, pushing the true cost of the sauna to nearly $15,000 instead of the $10,000 it should have been. That figure doesn’t even include my own lost time spent in endless correspondence via phone and email trying to secure reimbursement — which Clearlight has still refused to provide.On top of that, we consulted directly with Clearlight on an enclosure we had designed for the sauna, prior to moving forward on the build - we have been an A+ rated company on the BBB for over 25 years and we would never proceed on a design without approval from the manufacturer. Clearlight Infrared Saunas misinformed us during the custom build process and then tried to deny the fact they had provided us with direction on properly enclosing the unit. Their poor guidance created issues with our building inspector upon final inspections. Once they did finally acknowledge that they had in fact misinformed us on the build, according to their own specifications, I was the one that had to draft a letter stating that the enclosure was in fact safe and built to their specifications per our guidance with their rep 'Tom'. My letter was then sent to Clearlight's own engineering dept. where it was reviewed and ultimately signed off on by them on their own letterhead. We then had to provide this letter to cover all the inspector's concerns, noting that the unit was safe and that all warranties applied and all accesses to work on the unit were in place. Again, and outrageous waste of all our time and a HUGE delay for our clients.This entire ordeal — marked by defective equipment, poor quality control, untrained technicians, misinformation, added costs, and zero accountability — proves Clearlight does not stand behind its products. We strongly urge others to avoid this company!
