Prices are great, service is bad

Prices are great. But the service is poor. Second time I've ordered items to be delivered to store, and neither time have I been contacted by the store to say the items have arrived. Then, in my local store the staff are not great.

Delighted with our purchase of two bird houses, really sturdy, well made with good screws fitted and finished off with a non toxic paint preservative plus the choice of a full house or an open fronted box for Robins and other birds. Prompt delivery and excellent communication, would buy again from this seller and certainly recommend the company. Happy customer.....
