Review Time
It seems like every time I receive my monthly bill recently there's a slight increase in the charges! I do not understand why, but I don't like it. Being retired and on a fixed income every penny counts and these unexpected increases are upsetting!
Update: the plumber rescheduled for this afternoon, and the customer service agent for Home Course seemed sincerely concerned about my complaint. I'm going to conclude that I've just been unlucky, and give this all a chance to work out. (Still a low rating and I don't understand why everyone else seems to having great success. The emergency from Friday finally got scheduled for this morning, but now the plumber called to say his machine is broken and can't make it. So now it's maybe Friday, a week after I first called in the collapsing sewer. And here's the thing: I have a great plumber. They were here on Friday with their functioning machine. They know what's going in there. They have pictures. And if I could hire them for the repair they'd be doing it now. But instead I have to wait around for a company I've never met to get their machine working to come and tell me what I already know.)
