First of all I would like to thank my union representative Martin Cheetham for his efforts and support through my process.
Secondly I would like to thank Yourmate for accepting my case as most unions do not take any ongoing cases.
Martin was very patient and professional, he listened when I needed to offload and followed up with advice and plans of action.
Martins presence in my disciplinary helped me massively and also impacted the outcome. We had a positive result and I would recommend Yourmate in your time of need, thanks Yourmate and a big thank you to Martin.
I joined Yourmate union when things started to become unclear and confusing at work. I can honestly say it was the best decision I made, being heard and having some clarity around situations is super helpful.I was allocated Martin.C as my representative and I would recommend him to 100%, he is friendly, makes me feel at ease and has helped me throughout this stressful process. Exceptional service.Ben took on our case at a very late stage just before the hearing when we were ready to give up. He went above and beyond can’t rate him highly enough he is amazing. I had an appeal meeting with my work today and had Represention from Dave he is really good to support people glad i joined yourmate union to get help i need to get my job back it is stressfull loosing a job fingers crossed get my postion back
