They were awful!!! The customer service agent who sold me the package was great but everything after that- horrendous. Dentist unprofessional. I only had a mild overbite and little gap and they couldnt even straighten my teeth. Teeth still not straight and if you say the retainers arent doing anything, they just look for any excuse to charge you more. And the whitening caused extreme sensitivity. Absolute waste of money.

At the start, this company is all over you. Constant attention, quick responses, endless reassurance. Right up until you sign the contract. After that (shocker!) everything goes downhill fast!I’ve now completed my treatment, yet my final dentist appointment has been cancelled twice - once literally the day before the appointment. I still haven’t been given a new date. At this point, I have zero confidence that a third appointment wouldn’t also be cancelled. There are clearly no consequences for them unless you escalate to the Financial Ombudsman, which I am increasingly motivated to do.I’ve been chasing customer care since Thursday. I was promised a call back - nothing. I called again on Monday, was once again promised someone would contact me with an appointment date by the end of the day - again, nothing. Empty promises, every time. At this stage it feels like outright dishonesty.The positive reviews are baffling and do not align with reality. Based on my experience, they appear highly misleading. This company is unprofessional, unreliable and completely indifferent once they have your money. I would strongly caution anyone considering them to think twice.
I wanted to share my experience with Smile White. In July, I initially decided to proceed with their service, but within 24 hours I changed my mind as I felt the monthly payments over two years with their finance company, Omni Capital, would be too expensive. I contacted the team promptly and was referred to the cancellation department, who assured me that the matter would be resolved.I believed the cancellation had been processed, but I later discovered that monthly payments have continued to be taken since July, despite not receiving any products or using the service. When I queried this, I was advised that cancelling the ongoing transactions could negatively affect my credit rating, which I found very concerning, especially given that I cancelled within 24 hours of signing up.While I understand that administrative delays can happen, the ongoing charges and the lack of clear communication have been disappointing. I hope Smile White reviews its cancellation process and communication with customers to ensure that issues like this are handled more transparently and fairly in future.
Went for my moulds doing in November 2024, I was told it would be 1-2 weeks until I received my whitening trays. Didn’t receive them until April 2025 then the moulds didnt fit so I had another impression taken. Now 28th June 2025 and I have called and emailed and not had a response on the location of my moulds for three weeks. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, Many wasted hours on hold.

Total disaster . Assigned a dentist who doesn't care about the needs of the patients. Was told I had to file my teeth.After explaining I preferred the extraction of one tooth they insisted saying it's safe ignoring completely my request. I have cancelled and now you keep harassing me ! Not recommended be careful people they will say yes to anything to get you as a client then they will not trouble shoot nor listen if you aren't happy. Caution
