Review Time
This company is a scam. They advertise products that are not available take your money then send out an alternative product saying product you ordered is discontinued while continuing to offer it for sale on their website. Advertise 4-7 days delivery which takes 3 weeks with excuse of covid which was 2 years ago. I paid for 21 treatments with a product which never arrived sent alternative product but only 18 days treatment, no correspondence offering refund. I wish I had read reviews, stay clear of this thieving company. I will be contacting credit card for a full refund. I have sent email to company but not expecting a reply!!
I ordered teeth whitening refills on January 21. I still have not received them. There is no phone number to reach customer service at this company. I am requesting a refund (via email). I am also requesting that my bank return this charge. This is a very unreliable company.
This company is a complete scam!!! They took my money and I have NOTHING. Endless emails endless lies from the odd email they have sent. I would suggest staying away from them. They told me they gave me a refund which I never got....nearly 2 months on the took my money and have got away with it.

Amazingly it took 3x as long to get from Heathrow to my home some 150miles away as it did to get from the USA to the UK!That's the UK post office though.Correspondence via email was answered quickly and politely, thank you TeethWhiteningRefills.
I ordered about two weeks ago. I didn´t recieve an order confirmation, i didn´t recieve the ordered product! It´s not possible to send them an e-mail, the adress doesn´t exist, mail comes back! Warning about this company!It´s only two weeks ago, but on their site is an offered delivering time about 2-7 days!If a wonder will happen and product arrives, i´ll change my rate!
I placed an order on the 22nd July, I noticed that the website was not secure as I got to checkout, I stupidly placed the order anyway as the product was around £12 cheaper than anywhere else, after placing order I went on trust pilot to read reviews, instantly I panicked, I emailed them straightaway, then sent another one the day after asking when I’d receive my order as I’d read the bad reviews saying it was a scam, they contacted me the next day saying I would receive my order by the 8th August, I then went on to ring my bank as I paid by debit card and the payment was pending, they sent me a form via email to fill out, but had to wait adequate time in which the product should of arrived, by my surprise I received my product yesterday, 8 days after ordering, I was gobsmacked to be honest but also very grateful I’d not lost my £46 as I’d payed with debit card! I noticed the product had come from the USA
I ordered a product from this company over a month ago. I haven't received anything and haven't received a reply from them either. I will be following up with my credit card company and reporting as a fraud. Do not purchase from this company!
