Don’t do business with zen payments or maverick bank.

I’ve been waiting 90 days for them holding 10% of all my transactions which is thousands of dollars at this point. They finally emailed me back and told me I had to wait 30 days to try again when it was suppose to be released February 12th 2026.

If you have any issues with them please reach out to me I’d love to see how they scammed you. I’m willing to team up with a class action against this company for pain and suffering especially with small businesses that are impacted by this processor

A Frustrating Experience with Payment Processing

If I could rate this service negatively, I would. Running a new tattoo shop is challenging enough, but dealing with this payment processor has been a nightmare. They claim they don't hold funds for high-risk businesses, yet I made my first transaction on January 8, and as of today, January 23, I still haven't been paid. Instead, I've incurred several fees for processing payments. I was recently told they will stop processing my transactions and hold my funds for 30 days. This is beyond frustrating. I can't pay my employees for their hard work, and without my artists, I have nothing but a building and debts to those I've lost due to this poor choice. When I called to inquire about the hold on my funds, I learned that my transactions are considered too risky, even though they stated I'm not a high-risk business. Now, I have to wait 30 days for them to review my account again to see if they will release my money. Avoid this payment processor; they are known for holding funds and closing accounts. I hope others see this before making the same mistake I did.

Quiero actualizar mi reseña. Ofrecen un excelente servicio al cliente. Estoy especialmente impresionado por el seguimiento de una de las representantes. También quiero mencionar a otro miembro del equipo. En cuanto a otro representante, durante nuestra llamada, pensé que era el dueño de la empresa, ya que manejó un pequeño inconveniente con mi procesamiento de manera profesional. ¡Un aplauso para el equipo!
