Review Time
I mistakenly purchased software from this company that I later found out I could not use and no longer wanted or needed. I contacted them to ask for a refund and was advised by a very adversarial representative that they would not give me a refund.
After several days and seeing why not so favorable review, they called to tell me that they would be discussing the situation and getting back to me. To date I have not heard back from them and the charge is still on my card.
The entire experience was seamless, from buying the software to installation. The representative was incredibly helpful in assisting me with accessing my account (I encountered a few minor issues with the instructions) and locating the program and installation link. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this service.
I had an activation problem for Win11. Finn worked his magic with patience, expertise and confidence.All in all he made my experience great. I've never worked with a tech that answered the phone right away and knew exactly what to do. This also reflects well on My Choice Software that takes its service responsibilities seriously.
Jake helped me quickly and professionally. Unfortunately I cannot load the particular Visio version I had previously purchased on my Win11 box but Jake explained why and cleared that issue up. I now will purchase Visio using my laptop w/o 365. He promptly executed a refund.
