Review Time
We ordered a bookshelf without realizing it was shipped from overseas. It arrived poorly packaged, with missing parts and very low quality. There were no assembly instructions included. I'm going in circles trying to arrange for a return and refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE.
I purchased furniture that was listed as oak, unaware that everything ships from overseas. I tried to cancel the order, but they ignored my requests and replied with irrelevant emails. The item eventually arrived, but it was not as advertised—different sizes and materials, very cheap and low quality. Now they are offering a 10-20% discount to persuade me to accept the item. I paid £140, but I believe it's only worth £20. Their refund policy states they will cover returns for defective or incorrect items, but they are currently refusing. I'm glad I used a credit card.
