This company exhibits terrible business practices. They show no concern for customer satisfaction once your payment is processed. After charging my card, they seem indifferent to my satisfaction. They don't respond to emails. If you're in charge, this is unacceptable! Buyers should be cautious; this is a joke.
If I could give a zero, I would! I never received my package, even though it was marked as delivered on 12/24. I contacted the company immediately but received no response, only a photo showing my package was left outside my apartment complex instead of being delivered properly. They didn't even attempt to notify me. After checking the parcel room multiple times, I found nothing, and now they claim they're not responsible for lost or stolen items. I will never buy from this company again! It's unacceptable that they don't ensure paying customers receive their orders, and I've sent several emails with no response. This is poor business!
