The customer service is second to none. I bought a watch that after some months -- and an unknown reason -- began to lose time. I contacted Ellie at Zjani Mods, the rep whom I worked with on my purchase, and told her of my issue. She didn't ask any questions and immediately began processing a replacement. A few weeks following our conversation a new watch (an exact duplicate of what I bought) showed up. It's really refreshing to find a company that stands behind its work in this way. I would do business with Zjani Mods again. I'm grateful to Ellie and the team at Zjani.
I bought the GMT Date Vintage JB Custom Seiko Mod Watch - 44mm from an instagram link to their website. I actually made a mistake and emailed them to say I’d bought the wrong watch. They quickly responded (thanks Ellie) and even refunded me the difference instantly. It took a week to turn up and I had constant updates by email on the UPS tracking. Watch turned up this morning and I was amazed at the quality and feel and most importantly the looks of it. I can’t fault the service, communication and overall quality of the product. Please ignore the false reviews all over the different websites, my experience of very different. I’ll be purchasing again from the website when I see a watch I like the look of.
Do not under any circumstances buy from them, they clain to be a family business running for years they are now playing the "we are closing down and can't compete so selling all their stock". Complete rubish dont pkease dont fall for these scammers
I purchased a Seiko “Speedmaster” mod. The watch is strikingly beautiful, even more beautiful than the Omega it resembles, has a robust hybrid Seiko movement, and keeps perfect time. Even better, when I needed help adjusting the band, Ellie promptly emailed me with a bespoke video! Two thumbs up!
Excellent customer service and communication. My watch, which was held up in customs for a period of time, arrived with the box only and an invoice. It was stolen and I reported the theft to Zjani Mods. Within a day, a replacement watch and bonus watch were sent via DHL and they arrived safely three days later. The team there are focused on service. As for the watches - very pleased at the value and quality. Highly recommend and would buy again.
My watch shipped from Hong Kong, more than a month after I ordered it, and only after I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After receiving it, I noticed immediately that it was an obvious counterfeit — a lame attempt to sell a fake watch for a premium. My credit card company agreed — as did Seiko.
