My therapist is named Ashley and she's a wonderful. Our first session went amazing. Even before I met Ashley the company itself make sure that everything was in place. They kept me up to date on my appointments. They were more than willing to help me when I need it to adjust an appointment. They were available and very respectful of my time. So far I have nothing but wonderful things to say about ZocDoc.

The healthcare professional took the time to assess, treat, and explain my foot pain thoroughly. I received clear verbal and written instructions for at-home care. Excellent bedside manner. I made an appointment and arrived early to ensure I wasn't late, but I ended up waiting for over an hour for the therapist who never came. The office was closed, and my calls and messages went unanswered. After nearly two hours, I received a call from her apologizing for not showing up. I wasted my whole day for nothing. I tried to book another appointment with a different professional recommended by the same platform, but the doctor asked me to cancel because he wasn't available in the area listed. This situation is utterly confusing and lacks proper support.
