Bad service

It took too long to receive my package, there was no confirmation of stock availability at the time the order was completed, if there was, it would managed expectations. They need to improve on communication.

I placed an order but…

I placed an order but it was out of stock and not stated online. I messaged on WhatsApp and was told I could’ve gotten it in three weeks from my order date… I preferred a refund. It was very frustrating but the team was responsive and updated me when I asked for feedback. I just suggest showing “out of stock” on the website if it isn’t available. I’ll take the risk ordering again in future. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience. 💜
