I've used them for about a year now and never had a problem.
Last time I ordered I completely messed up and the customer service was fantastic.
I get one of the medications sent straight to my vets and the rest to my home so did two separate orders and somehow managed to get the delivery addresses completely muddled up. I only realised after confirming both orders so sent an email explaining my predicament. It was after hours but I got an email response first thing in the morning asking me to clarify, I did and the order was amended and dispatched the same day!
