Excellent product variety, very efficient service overall, but you should change their international shipping provider. DHL is abusive with customs fees. They add an arbitrary extra charge on top of the taxes. DHL isn't a customs agency, yet they charge as if they were. Thanks a lot
The product is damaged after only one futsal training! It lost the glue on the front point where the upper side (the skin) connects with the sole of the shoe. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. The delivery was fast though.
It was great!! I ordered a pair of Nike soccer shoes on Monday, 19th of January and they arrived at Wednesday, 21st of January. The shoes have great quality and came in great state with NO FLAWS. Would 100% shop here again and will recommend it to everyone willing to buy soccer shoes.
I was pleased with the quality of the athletic gear I purchased from Fútbol Emotion, but the delivery experience was disappointing. I provided clear instructions to call or buzz me and to leave the parcel at a pickup post if I wasn’t home, but these were not followed. On the second delivery attempt, I was home but not contacted, and the package was left in an unsecured area despite known porch piracy issues. I hope Fútbol Emotion ensures their delivery partners follow customer instructions more carefully, as the products themselves are great.
The courier tried to deliver my return DVC202500157099 to you on December 11th finally you pick up on December 29th. You have refunded me Euros 38.25, I paid £70.15 plus shipping. Why am I not being refunded the full amount please. Especially when I returned the goods to you on December 11th and have waited so long for you to get the package from the Post office. Please refund me the correct amount. No apology either. I'm not happy how this has been dealt with.You have since replied to say you had to deduct Customs fees for the but I paid for the returns postage so please prove what costs you have to pay. This is shocking customer service.
