My order was not delivered at all, despite having made full payment online. Due to the poor service, I did not receive my food during the journey, causing me significant inconvenience.

A complete disappointment...

Not even a single star rating...total waste...a big disappointment. We ordered food delivery at one station, but the bill showed delivery at another. No response from their side...definitely a big no to this service. It's a scam with no refunds...avoid at all costs.

Extremely poor delivery and service

The delivery and service were extremely poor. I ordered three food items but received only one, and it was the wrong item. The delivery person kept saying it would arrive, even as the train was departing. I had to run to catch the train, and now I wonder how the service can be so unreliable.

Unacceptable food quality on my journey

While traveling, I ordered food from a certain restaurant and informed the call center, but there was no sign of the food. I also ordered breakfast later, but only part of it arrived. No message regarding refunds or apologies. This service is not functioning properly.

I strongly advise against ordering from this service. They are untrustworthy. My order was never received, despite having made the payment. They even accepted orders from a restaurant that was closed.
