Delivery times are excessively long

While the products are high quality and the selection is vast, the delivery times are so lengthy that my pet could go hungry waiting. The website claims 1-3 business days, but I’ve been waiting for 8 days. I had to buy extra food in the meantime. Finally, I received a 5% discount for my next purchase, so I’m adding an extra star for that.

You can truly assess a business when you need their support. If they use the current delivery service, you’ll find yourself needing support often. They failed to meet my expectations, and I won’t be spending any more money here. Once I get my refund, I’ll be closing my account.
