Despite being quite experienced, having handled my (now) wife's 6 tourist visas all the way through to UK Citizenship, I felt it better to seek professional support to prepare my step daughter's UK child dependant visa application. I wanted to give it our best shot and was a little concerned how best to handle and present issues like sole parental responsibility, proof of relationship etc. Naveed of ZR Visas was excellent throughout the visa application process - thoroughly addressing every issue, providing templates for various letters, collating and presenting data in a very professional and comprehensive manner etc, etc. communication was also excellent throughout (even outside office hours).
