Powers of attorney and trust. he has explained very clearly , without pressure and using long difficult words , he made complete sense to me on what to do next ,. I am completely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend him and Thomas Bradley ,thankyou very much .
For something as sensitive and important for any person in life to create as a will and provision for a POA..I thought the £1100 I've paid this company would get the job done..how wrong was I. Response to any communication is slow or none existent...my advice do not use this company.
Everything was up front and professional until I opted to exercise my right to cancel within the cooling off period.
No response to email, full of promises over the phone but to no avail. They are either incompetent scammers, or just hoping that the effort I have to put in for them to return my money will put me off! I have reported them as fraudulent to the police.

It's been over 18 months since my mother sadly passed away and we still have no outcome, they send paperwork with names spelt wrong, typed letters with written monatary amounts wrote in, they 'miss place' over 20k of money, then find it after questioning where it went, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, they are stonewalling us.
