I placed an order in early December and have received no communication from the company. I will be reporting this to the BBB and other organizations. This has been a terrible experience, and I will need to dispute the charge with my bank due to the lack of product or communication. It's important to report businesses like this to the BBB, as it can impact their ability to operate in the US if enough complaints are filed.
Completely unacceptable service. I placed my order on December 2nd, it was marked as “shipped” on the 17th, and I still haven’t received anything. I have sent several emails asking for a refund, but I was informed that a team would investigate, and now I’m being ignored. Truly disgraceful.
I ordered a set for Christmas on December 9th and have received no updates through the portal, only an automated response indicating the order is unfulfilled. I had hoped to at least inform my son that it was on its way. I'm extremely frustrated to see that it appears many customers have had similar experiences with this service. I will definitely advise others to steer clear.
I placed an order on December 16, and it was confirmed with an order number. I felt positive about it until now. I've been trying to get an update on the status, but I haven't had any luck. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now I'm left wondering when it will arrive. Maybe it will turn into an Easter gift. I won't be ordering from here again!
It’s been two weeks and my order is still not assembled, and no one is reaching out to explain! AVOID THIS SITE! All I receive are vague responses from an automated system! I'm extremely frustrated! I canceled my order, but I doubt I’ll hear from them again, and I’ve lost my money!
I was initially captivated by some of their smaller builds, particularly those that come in a container with a clear display panel. I liked them enough to place a large order, totaling 9 vehicles, with some intended as Christmas gifts. I placed the order on 12/9 and received confirmation that it was being packed on 12/10. On 12/11, I was informed that my order had shipped. However, that turned out to be untrue. Since 12/13, I've been reaching out for updates, only to receive repetitive apologies from an AI bot, along with excuses and a promise for a call back. Now, on 12/24, my order remains in the same status as it did from the start. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've never experienced this level of service from other competitors. With Christmas just a day away, it's clear that they did not fulfill their promise. I can only wish a "Happy Holidays" to the team, as it is the season! Perhaps next year, my order will actually arrive.
I placed an order on Nov 22 for holiday gifts and got a shipping tracker on Dec 2. While it was a bit slow, I could manage that. The real issue is that nothing has progressed since Dec 2. None of the items from my over $500 order have shipped, even with a tracking number. When I reach out to the company, their AI agent only provides the tracking number without any real updates. I've requested multiple times for a representative to get in touch, but I haven't heard anything in over two weeks. I also can't cancel the order since it won't arrive in time for the holidays.
I cannot recommend this service. I was charged for a remote but received the incorrect item. I've been trying to reach out via email since last month, but I haven't received any response. Their shipping processing time is also excessively long.
This site offers a wide variety of products but struggles with stock availability and timely shipping. Despite sending multiple apologies, they fail to dispatch items as promised. Their response times are slow, yet they continue to promote their offerings, fully aware they can't meet delivery deadlines.
Set arrived missing several pieces. I reached out for the missing items and sent two emails before receiving a response 10 days later, which requested the same information I had already provided. After resending that information, it took another 3 days to get a reply indicating the pieces were on their way, but without a shipping number. The quality of the items is subpar. Customer service was appalling.
