Order number: 70688060On 20/03/25 I was supposed to receive a package from you, but during tracking I saw the following information:Address problems (insufficient address).I contated parcelforce 5 times, tried to resolve it and get my parcel. Only answer I got that there some mix up / wrong delivery adrress, and that I should contact you, so that you can update delivery address.For the last 6 days I wrote multiple emails to you, asking to update address, no response.So now I'm without a package, money, and answers.
They sent me the wrong year model parts, when their website said it will fit my year bike when i ordered. They have refunded my money on the wrong parts and after a few more emails they refunded my import tax too because its their mistake. They also do not have the right parts in stock for my year bike.Other than that they respond quick to queries and were very helpfull, but i still do not have the right parts for my bike
I bought gloves (order number 70092349) according to your hand measurement guide. Shipping cost as much as the gloves, the size doesn't fit and I have nothing to do with the gloves now 😔 Sending them back to you is not worth it. Money wasted 😔
