Review Time
Placed an order on Beauty Store Depot and was billed on 2/12/23. I never got my order. I went to contact the company on 4/26/2023 through the 1-800 number and it was "busy". I clicked the website link on the email confirmation and I got Dermava (formerly Beauty Store Depot). I called their number and I cannot get through unless I create a patient profile. No way am I giving them my information!
I have yet to receive my order that was ordered almost a month ago. My credit card account has been charged although I’ve received no shipping notice. I’ve tried to call your customer service line and always get a busy signal. Please update me on my order ASAP.Nancy Pedigo
I still haven't received my order from February, and it's now the 18th of March! I have NEVER had such horrible service from BSD before, but don't expect a good review when you send the review request before you send the order!
I was told that there were some supply chain issues. My order was placed on 2/21/23. On 3/7/23 (2 weeks) I emailed to determine the status of my order as I noticed my credit card was charged for my order, but I had received no communication on the status of my order. They were very prompt on responding to me saying it would be another 1 1/2 weeks until my order was filled and inquiring if I wanted a refund. I said No, if they were quite sure my order would be sent in the time frame. I still haven't received my order or any communication.
I placed my order on 2/15/23 and as of 3/16/23 I still have not received my order but my credit card has been charged for the order. I tried calling customer service but all I get is a busy signal. I also sent an inquiry two days ago but have yet to receive a reply. Where is my order?
