Great communications from the start with Alfred and clear and concise information about what was being uplifted/cleaned. Day of job the guys arrived on time and we looked round house to show what we wanted done. We went home and left them to it and when nearly finished, we received photos showing progress which was great. Just been to view house before guys left and they showed me each room and outside areas to make sure we were happy. Top job 👏 The guys have everything spotless and tidied up and asked if we needed anything else done. Great company and would recommend anytime. Thanks to Lewis,Stefan and Stephen for their hard work much appreciated guys 👌😀
I contacted House Clearance Scotland to conduct a Bereavement Clearance at my late mothers' property. Alfie took the initial phone call, met me the following day and assessed the requirement. Price was fair and the team were at the property the following week. I highlighted to the team what to leave and noted that I wanted the property cleaned. Everything was completed to a very high standard and I was incredibly impressed with everything. Cannot recommend enough. They even called about a banister they found that I was planning to put back up, they did that bit for me. Massively appreciate as definitely wasn't their job to do.

Cannot recommend Alfred and his team highly enough for speed of response, thoroughness and empathy. What felt like a daunting task was carried out quickly and efficiently, from the visit and quote the same day as our enquiry, to the actual clearance a few days later when we were kept up to date with progress throughout. An excellent job.

I would highly recommend House Clearance Scotland, I was very time limited and feeling overwhelmed at the amount of work needed to clear out my late fathers home, but as soon as I spoke to Alfred a huge weight was lifted. He was kind, understanding and reassured me it would be no problem. Because of the very short notice he just asked for a few pictures of what was to be removed and then quoted me a very reasonable price considering how much work was involved. His team arrived on time and were very respectful and professional, they worked hard and had everything done in a couple of hours. I couldn't be there and had a family member there but Alfred kept me in loop sending photographs throughout the process. I am very grateful to Alfred and his team, I think they are genuine honest and very trustworthy. It's more than clearing a house, its clearing away stress.
