I have had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with the service regarding a non-delivered order. Ongoing contact for six weeks has yielded no resolution. Despite the parcel being marked as 'delivered,' I never received it, and there was no proof of who collected it. The service keeps relying on a delivery system that offers no evidence of receipt. Their handling of the situation has been poor. I provided all requested documentation, yet customer service continues to claim that items are 'missing' or 'invalid,' which is simply untrue. Under consumer law, the seller is responsible until the customer receives the goods. Yet, they refuse to acknowledge this and try to shift the burden onto me. After weeks of delays and circular responses, I am left without the product and my money. This is not how a premium retailer should treat customers, and I advise caution when ordering, especially with deliveries requiring pickup.
I spent over a significant amount and my shipment is delayed due to their explanation of goods. I've reached out to the service with no response. I’m left wondering if I will even receive this shipment…buyer beware. Customer service is lacking for a luxury retailer.
I was initially hesitant about ordering from abroad for delivery to my country, but my concerns were unfounded. My item arrived in just two days and was in excellent condition. I purchased a jacket at half the price compared to local options. It fits perfectly and looks great.
