I just had my welcome call from Charlotte and I have to say that my inner most wonders as far as being with the right team has been put to bed. Between her with my welcome call and Estaban with my onboarding, I just know I am in the right place and I’ve made the right decision. Both have great communication and customer service is crazy evident. One of the things I must mention and I personally like the most is the correspondence and layout of where they are and what I can come to expect concerning my credit journey. So far 5 stars are not nearly enough and I’ve just gotten started with them. Love my experience so far ☺️☺️
I am So excited my credit score was like a 467 or somewhere around 400 I been dealing with Ms.Joann WHO IS So Excellent at her Job and so professional.I am Well please to work with her she have me comfortable to go for Round #2 to see my credit score go up and hopefully I can have a credit score of 750.I hope somebody else let Ms.Jonna fix they Credit I know for a fact they should say the same thing about Ms.Jonna I personally feels like she deserve a Promotion r a Raise.I Thank God for her and Thank Ms.Joann she deserves 10 STARS!!IN Jesus name I Pray for Her Success!.
They were able to give me detailed feedback about what it was they had removed off my credit report, what they are still fighting or will begin to fight off my report. They also went over options on how I can better raise my score to make my report healthier. They are proactive with getting me updates every month.
