Review Time
I’m with a phone service provider attached to my partners account. I’ve had problems with data and connectivity for months (since August). That company, I don’t wish to mention their name, were completely hopeless, very very hard to communicate with and just not on the ball. Finally after hours and hours they connected me with this company, my “account manager” apparently and I just want to say that Matty who I spoke with, within twenty minutes had my phone up and running. I didn’t believe he would be able to as he had to go through all the processes I have been through with the other lot. However where they made wrong turns getting nowhere Matty navigated his way expertly and patiently and I just couldn’t believe it, my iPhone 16 Pro finally works as it should. Just amazing.
The representative was outstanding. We discussed my needs and quickly reached a favorable agreement without any hassle, very efficient. They were friendly and engaging, making the entire process seamless. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!

They act like scammers. I received repeated cold calls. When I finally answered, they claimed I had a phone contract under review due to an upcoming expiration. This isn't true, as my phone is provided by my employer. My advice is to avoid this company.
