I suspect this is a fraudulent service. They take your payment and do not fulfill your order. They respond to your inquiries claiming the shipping provider lost it, then send another message stating it has been resent. The tracking number provided is bogus. The item never arrives. Avoid ordering from them!
My experience with the service was incredibly frustrating. I chose expedited shipping expecting delivery within 3-7 days, but by day 8, I had to cancel my order because it hadn’t shipped. I attempted to cancel multiple times, but they shipped it on day 12 and refused my cancellation. I had to buy replacements elsewhere since they failed to deliver on time. I no longer want the items, but they say I can't return them. This service is disappointing!
This company is terrible. I paid for expedited shipping expecting it within 3-7 days. By day 8, I emailed to cancel since it hadn't shipped. On day 9, I tried to cancel again due to their excuses. Day 10, they sent me shipping info, but I canceled once more. Day 11, I emailed to cancel again. Finally, on day 12, they shipped it and refused my cancellation. I had to buy two more gifts elsewhere because they couldn't deliver on time. I don't want or need these anymore, but they say I can't return them. This service is awful!
I ordered a bracelet at the end of November, and now it's almost the end of December. I live close to the company's headquarters. Two weeks ago, I received a shipping update, but the tracking number provided says it's invalid. The tracking app also shows it's not in their system. I've emailed the company four times with no response. I'm very disappointed.
