PLEASE-everyone go online and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this company! I’ve had a horrible experience w Musabela and from what I reading, they need to be turned in for scamming so many customers.
Long delivery from cargo ship via China. I would not consider these orthopedic. The base is very hard. Granted, they are wide. Not great arch support. The only arch support is an insert you add in. Otherwise they are flat. I did not get the product I though I was buying Now, they are not responding to my request for a return. Do not buy online!!!!

Nothing. I ordered Nov 29 2025. I have sent them several emails all respectfully and the last one they're not even bothering to answer. No telepone customer service. Doesn't work. DO NOT buy from this company.
If I could give no stars, I would. It's been two years, and I'm still trying to get a refund. The shoes I received were the wrong size and didn't fit. I keep receiving the same automated responses, which I've saved for future reference. SAVE YOUR MONEY! AVOID THIS SERVICE!
The worst sneakers I've encountered. They have hard plastic soles and are very narrow, despite being labeled as extra wide. After reading reviews about the difficulties in returning them, I might just discard them and hope someone else can use them. I don't want to stress myself trying to return them. Buyer beware!
I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered shoes for my elderly relative, but they turned out to be too bulky and of poor quality. I reached out multiple times for a return label but only received vague replies. This service feels like a scam, taking advantage of people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
I ordered shoes in early November and received several notifications about their shipment. Then I was informed of a delay. By December 8, they still hadn't arrived, and customer service promised to investigate but never followed up. I emailed again on January 3 with no response. It feels like a scam.
These shoes are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. They were reasonably priced and stylish, and I noticed a reduction in my foot neuropathy while wearing them, which is a huge plus. I was surprised by the many negative reviews. Although I had to wait a few weeks for delivery, I'm very pleased with my shoes.
I received an email stating this service wanted to resolve my complaint. Believing them, I resubmitted my information. They replied, thanking me and promising to respond within 24 hours, but it's been a week with no follow-up. Even their replies on review sites lack commitment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE.
