After considering the feedback, and since I didn’t need it urgently, I decided to take a chance with the payment platform. I placed an order on November 28 and received it by December 3 in my country. The price for the wetsuit was unbeatable.
I placed an order and received an email stating it was going to a central warehouse for dispatch. After five days, I inquired about my order and was told it was still on its way to the warehouse and would take another two days! Then dispatch could take more days depending on customs. I complained but received no apology or delivery date.
I ordered over two weeks ago and my item still hasn't been packaged or shipped. A new month has begun with no progress on my order. This level of service is unacceptable and seems to violate consumer protection laws regarding delivery times. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders reasonably suggests this may be a fraudulent operation. Avoid this seller to save yourself frustration and potential financial loss.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller due to their total disregard for consumer rights and abysmal customer service. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and their handling of my issue was legally and ethically questionable. I bought a jacket and pants for €600, and both items were defective from the start. When I reached out, they violated multiple consumer laws, delaying my refund for six weeks and trying to shift responsibility to the manufacturer. Their customer service was unprofessional, and I had to escalate the matter to my bank and consumer authorities to get a resolution. Final advice: Avoid this seller!
I bought a wetsuit at a fantastic discount, and although the stitching came undone (not the seller's fault), they arranged a repair seamlessly. Communication was excellent, and I was notified that it’s on its way back. I can’t praise them enough for their outstanding customer experience.
