Regret not checking reviews before purchasing.

I regret not checking reviews before making a purchase on the website. I'm extremely disappointed. I've sent numerous emails and tried reaching out on social media, but there’s been no response. There's no way to communicate, which means no chance of getting a refund! While the transaction went through, my order never arrived. I refuse to let this go and will be contacting my bank's insurance.

Poor quality and service

The single flat cotton sheet I received was not hemmed, just the end of the roll. The color was off as well. To make matters worse, there's no contact number, and my complaint went unanswered. I spent £51 on two sheets that are of terrible quality along with inadequate service!

Not recommended

The dress I received is clearly not what was advertised. It's not made of cotton, and the fit is off—one sleeve is longer than the other, and it's very see-through.
