Sneakers order size was off, the company agreed to send a new order and allowed me to size up as i believed a larger size would perfect. I received the replacement however they sent the same size as my original order. I sent and email and was told sorry nothing can be done. Unclear why they would not allow a return when the site states returns are allowed. This feels like robbery as i have not received a useful product. I would happy return the incorrect size of would love my money back and never order here again .

This company Alexander Hampton is a scamer!!!I orderd a cashmere sweater and received the worst quality polyester sweater. Contacting the company is difficult.I will never buy anything from them agein.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Alexander-Hampton.
The shoes I received were $35 and are absolute junk. The quality is shockingly poor — cheap materials, poorly constructed, and nothing like what is represented online. After receiving them, I looked further and saw multiple negative reviews describing the exact same issues. That should have been my first clue.
When I contacted customer service, the “resolution” offered was either:
• A 15% refund (about $5) to keep a defective product
OR
• Return the item to China at my own expense — quoted at $40–$50 — to receive a full refund on a $35 purchase.
Read that again. They expect customers to pay more to return the item than the item itself costs.
This is not customer service. It’s a return-avoidance strategy designed to make refunds financially impractical.
A reputable company stands behind its product. This company hides behind an overseas return address and policies that effectively prevent legitimate refunds.
Save your money. The product quality does not match the marketing, and if there’s an issue, you’ll be stuck.
Absolutely unacceptable.
If I could give this company a zero and still write the review, I would, but it does not allow zeros here. You have to click one star. So, I ordered a pair of gym shoes and my normal size and they came two sizes to three sizes two large. I emailed the company and they asked for pictures. I only emailed the company to get a return label because they obviously can’t get a size right so why would I exchange? I forwarded immediately pictures of these shoes being far too large and then I receive an email stating for security purposes. They are unable to open any attachments so I ask in the first place.
I need to add that it took me nearly a month to get my shoes I would love to send pictures of these huge shoes next to my tiny little foot and screenshots of the correspondence that I received, but this site doesn’t allow it
Don't order anything from this company! I ordered a large over-the-shoulder bag and it never arrived. When I called to find out where it was, they said, "It's on the way and on schedule" -- it had been over a month. Once it finally arrived, it was stuffed in a small envelope that fit in mt mailbox. It was dinky and not even close to what I ordered. When trying to return it they, asked me to send it back to China at my own expense of $50 in shipping, even though the company's website said they were in San Francisco. They weren't. A total sting. Dishonest. They took my money, gave me a cheap peice of crap in return that would cost over half its value to return. Save your money, stay clear of this company.
I ditto Bunny's post from last week. Not Cashmere. No tags. Took a month to arrive. Sizing is completely off. Not sure how they stay in business if with all these credit chargebacks. I read somewhere they have a Texas address. That is only possible if by Texas they meant Taizhou!
I ordered a jumper, and as I tried it on it split from the whole side and sleeve. No loose threads - it was like it had been glued together. I emailed them immediately & was informed I could get a refund or replacement. This is the catch - if I wanted a replacement, I had to send the jumper back at my expense. If I wanted a refund I would get 10%. I argued saying this was totally unfair. Eventually they offered 35% refund and would not do any more. Will NEVER order from them again. The quality looks better in the picture than the product.
I ordered two sweaters advertised as cashmere from Alexander-Hampton before Thanksgiving 2025. Only one package ever arrived in Jan 2026, and it was nothing like what was shown or described online. It came in an unmarked plastic bag with no brand tag, no fiber content label, no country-of-origin tag, and no care instructions. The material felt cheap and was clearly not the cashmere product advertised.
The other item was never delivered, and the tracking numbers the company provided do not correspond to any shipment received by me or neighbors near me. This strongly contradicts the company’s claim that both packages were delivered.
Their return process is unreasonable: although the FAQ says customers can return within 60 days, you must arrange and pay international return shipping to China at a cost that may equal nearly half the purchase price — a cost that was not disclosed before ordering. Despite providing photos exactly as requested, customer service continues to delay and has not provided clear return authorization, instructions, or refund confirmation.
I have documented everything and asked for refund confirmation, but the company has failed to resolve this in a timely or transparent way.
Based on the item received, their post-sale handling, and the overall experience, I cannot recommend Alexander-Hampton. Do not order unless you are prepared to fight for a refund. It is a complete scam.
The things I ordered came in the wrong size. You are only allowed to exchange one item per order; if not, you need to return your items and buy them again. The returning address is somewhere in China, and returning the items will cost you more than they cost originally. Just another drop shipping store, save your time. Not to mention, they messed up the shipping, and it arrived 1.5 months after I ordered it. To top it all off, I'm pretty sure customer service is either in China or India; they take days to reply and will get back to you around 2 am every time. Took multiple days to get a decent answer, I won't even complain its something that definitely came out of ChatGPT.
