They tell still they answer my messages or emails, but i wait since 26.12 and i dont get any responds !!!! They are lying. 650€ is on hold from them, and they dont reply to me !!!!Please finally respond to me!You respond on trustpilot but not on my emails how is this possible???

Very good reactive customer service

Very reactive customer service and kindly advising for my starting campaign. I like the possibility to put items on sale, as I craft lots of things (knitting, sewing etc). It's the beginning of my campaign but they give excellent guidelines.
