After a sum of 1000 EUR was raised, our access to withdrawals was blocked. We contacted support, and received an automatic message in which they said we will be contacted in a few days due to the high amount of messages they received.EDIT: After 2 days they replied to our emails and unblocked our withdrawals, thus solving our problem. However, I still think that they can be more transparent with the users and provide better ways of contacting them. I recommend also contacting them on Facebook, they reply faster there.
My first experience is not that satisfied.A few days ago a created a fundraise for a family that i care . i shared the link with some of my friends and we gather almost 1600 euros in just a day ( i love my friends ) .. i did a windraw test of 40 euros .. all good and clear , instantly , now i am blocked."Outgoing transactions are blocked. THEY ANSWER A COPY/PASTE MESSAGE ON TRUSTPILOT BUT NOT TO CLIENTS.THEY RETAIN THE 1.600 EUROS. THEY SAY THEY MANAGE OVER 300.000.000 $ AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE CONTACT EMAIL . IS A JOKE .UPDATE # 2 :AFTER 7 DAYS 12/14/2024 STILL NO ANSWER , I SEND MORE THAN 15 EMAILS AND DID NOT GET ANY REPLY ! We gathered some money, but when we want to withdraw them to the card - we get an email saying that it was sent back to 4fund account. We tried the second time - the same happened again. Something is wrong with their withdrawing system. Please react and help.
If you decide to start a collection, this platform is great for creating it. Simplicity, speed and transparency are advantages. If you run into problems when paying out the money you have collected, call your bank to see if it allows these money transfers (you have this service on your payment card) VISA direct MasterCard send. Currently, Visa direct does not work across the board, so I set up a second card for my MasterCard bank account, where the MasterCard send service is. I entered this new card on the platform and the money was immediately sent from the collection. 4fund reacts a little later, but they will get back to you, they are overwhelmed with questions. I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I tried to withdraw my funds, but they claim the money is blocked. I was told to email their support, but after several attempts, I have received no response. My funds are effectively stuck, and I am getting no assistance or updates from their team. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.UPDATE 14/11/24:As of today, I still haven’t received the funds. I was finally able to verify my credit card, sent the funds (which are supposed to be transferred instantly), but I still haven’t received anything. This fundraising is a complete scam.
