5core sent me a music stand missing a rivet and it doesn't function correctly. I filled out the necessary paperwork and expected an exchange within a few days. 5core never sent the exchange and now all their phone lines are out if service. They don't respond to the chat function. I had planned to purchase more equipment from them, so in a way, I'm glad I found out about them now!
