Worst Experience

Worst Experience. They gave me the burger without any toppings. just a bun and a ham. I submitted a complaint. They promised a refund but was not done. And they are not replying anymore.

Absolute contempt for Customers.

I ate at the Baker St restaurant. The burger was virtually inedible, the extras were a congealed slop. The chips looked dreadful. The staff didn't give a toss.Customer services had the nerve to ask me for a photo of the chips when I complained. So after many visits to Five Guys all of which have been good, I will never set foot in their restaurant again.

Item missed out from Just Eat delivery

Item missed out from Just Eat delivery. No help whatsoever when I contacted the restaurant - not their job, apparently, to ensure the driver picks up the whole order and nothing offered to send the remaining item on to me. Just left me to it!

Rubbish food and overpriced

Long wait, food cold, fries over cooked and tasteless. so overpriced for a burger and fries. Burger King and McDonalds 100 times better and cheaper.First and last time at Five Guys. Don't even go there.

They made a choice and picked a side

They made a choice and picked a side, however this white British family will no longer take trips to our local chain. The uk is not a halal country end of story.

First timers

Visited with grandchildren. Impressive choice of burger toppings. Food freshly prepared. Skin on fries were delicious! Great selection of milkshake flavours, although nobody was brave enough to choose the bacon one!

Calling the customers of not telling the turth is a bad mistake.

I did a previous review and a manager replied to my comment. i said our meal was cold it was I did not lie .I said the bun was not toasted but plain bread and was doughy like raw bread it was hard to eat. .I did not lie. I said I only gave them one star because the meal was cold meat was luck warm I did not lie. I stated the meal was £20.75pi i DID NOT LIE IN MY REVIEW .i SAID it WAS not worth this amount for two people with NO drinks it was not worth my money .I told the truth .And. yet their manager said it was impossible that this would happen. The chips were soggy and the meal was a disaster I told the truth this was our first visit and will be the last .I tell the truth what have I gained by telling the truth? Being called a liar in other words!!!!. I am told this is impossible but it did happen on my first visit. By TELLING ME THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE YOU ACCUSE ME OF TELLING LIES. you refuse to believe that this happened IT DID IT COST ME £29 75P NO DRINKS and inedible food. .Read through these comments Mr Manager and see what they have in common. By calling people liars as that is what you have done is compounding the experience. This place is a rip off. Beware this place do not buy here as if you complain you will be called a liar. By even refusing to listen to the complaints tells me they do not care a fig. Well I can assure you non of my family will visit your business and the same for my friends when I tell them about this disgusting cold chewy bread which was not untoasted. And raw onion a cold mess .soggy chips and burnt chips in the same tub.

The most expensive ‘burger and fries’ menu you will ever see!

We visited Rushden Lakes yesterday and thought we’d try 5 Guys…well, sort of…We (2 adults and a 14 year old) walked into the sparsely occupied restaurant at peak lunchtime, and quickly realised why there were just a handful of patrons in there. You will never find a more overpriced ‘burger & fries’ menu anywhere in the UK! For a simple burger, fries and a soft drink, it would have worked out at £20+ per person!Needless to say, we laughed and went next door to try a Popeye’s instead (busy) and had a fantastic meal at a very reasonable cost. We have no idea whether the food is any good at 5 Guys as we didn’t get past the comedy priced menu. No customers at peak times, and during the festive shopping period, plus a 2.6/5.0 rating should give 5 Guys an indication that their pricing/business model is ridiculously unattractive.
