The team went above and beyond, sending an employee to deliver the cheese personally. They truly saved my evening and my celebration. I highly recommend them!

I sampled some cheeses and found the Comte and Sheep cheese to be outstanding. She took the time to vacuum pack the cheese and label each one. I tried their meats. The ham was soggy and flavorless. The smoked ham was over-smoked and unpleasant. It ended up in the trash. None of the salamis were any different from what you’d find at a regular supermarket, and some were quite fatty and unappetizing. I’ve enjoyed meat platters all over the country and know my meats. AVOID ordering raclette or meats from this overpriced seller. Opt for a decent supermarket for much better value and quality. This was the worst online experience I've ever had.
I purchased cured sausages and wines from the market. The bottles I received were not from the year advertised, and one of the sausages was inedible (seemed to have been stored improperly). The over £100 spent felt wasted on half of the products. I wouldn’t recommend this shop, despite the pleasant demeanor of the staff.
I ordered through a platform on a Sunday and paid for delivery in 3 to 5 days. On Monday, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched, but then I heard nothing. After seven days, I reached out and was put in touch with the team, who didn’t reply until my second email and eventually explained the delay was due to Brexit. I finally received my order, but it was too late for the occasion. The lack of communication was disappointing, likely due to the cumbersome process of dealing with two companies. Nothing frustrates customers more than poor communication.
I was impressed when I received a dispatch email 24 hours after my order, but four days later, with no tracking updates, I emailed and was told it was ready to leave the shop. Two days later, still no sign, so I emailed again to get the same response. Eight days after my initial order, my package of cheese and charcuterie arrived smelling as expected for products that had been out of refrigeration for days. I called for a refund and was told they couldn’t process it because the courier hadn’t confirmed delivery—it was the courier's issue, not theirs.
