DO NOT BUY! Terrible customer service. No support. App uses your credits and doesn't do what you want it to. It's really expensive and there is no way to get your credits back or get help.
Arcads is an excellent tool for creating different types of content, especially their AI Talking Actors, which have been a huge help for our business. The platform is very easy to navigate, and video generation is impressively fast. On top of that, their customer support is responsive, friendly, and very accommodating whenever we need assistance. Overall, Arcads has made our content creation process much more efficient and enjoyable.
I initially anticipated only interacting with an AI on this platform, and while I did, the experience was fantastic. When the conversation became more complex, a human representative provided thorough assistance. Excellent job! The product is also remarkable with significant potential.
The videos created look nothing like the advertisements—glitchy, not lip-synced, and clearly AI-generated. I couldn't use this content; it's unsettling! I contacted support twice for help but received no response. I'll be canceling my subscription if they don't improve soon.
This is a total disappointment. We engaged them for AI ads but received terrible renders that made no sense. I reached out to customer support for a week without any response. They even deleted my comments on their social media. I'm not sure why they're misleading customers, but I now have to dispute the charges.
What an incredible platform! With a variety of models to choose from, including a game-changer option, this service is definitely at the forefront. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The customer service is also excellent! A solid 5 stars from me!
